About
This calendar viewer displays the events on the selected Exchange calendar. Calendars
for people (NetID accounts), for Exchange Group Accounts (EGAs) and for Resource
Accounts can be displayed. Only accounts on the central Cornell Exchange server
can be viewed.
Results will only be displayed if the person (in the case of a NetID account) or
an administrator (for an EGA or resource account) has granted the necessary permissions
in Outlook or Entourage. Please see our Sharing a Calendar with the World page for details.
Please note that when you make a calendar available for viewing through the Calendar Viewer,
anyone (anywhere) with access to the internet and a modern web browser can view
it.
When viewing in the Week format, please note that no matter how long an event lasts, it only appears in the first half-hour block of time. Be sure to check both the start time and end time of events before concluding that the person or resource is free.
Static URL options are available to allow you to format the displayed calendar.
- calendarName=[calendarID]
- selectedView=[day,week,month]
- selector=[true/false] (determines whether the small calendar, used for picking dates, is displayed)
- appointmentColor=[red/blue/yellow/etc.] (affects week and month view only)
- startHour=[0..23]
- endHour=[0..23]
- startDay=[1..7] (use 1 for Sunday, 2 for Monday, etc.)
- endDay=[1..7]

would display the sheep-shearing calendar with all appointments displayed with a blue background and the selector hidden.
